Associate, Affiliate Product and Activity Operations-Bangsar South

1.Responsibility:Lazada Malaysia China products promotion by Affiliate&Lazmall Channel Operation.
On China products promotion by Affiliate responsible for daily products and activities operation.Targeting GMV growth.
On Lazmall responsible for daily product operation,user operation, and organize activities of global brands.Targeting user and GMV growth.
2. Strong sensitivity to the brand market and user insight ability,develop product planning based on the preferences of Malaysia users, and improve conversion efficiency by activities operation.
3. For the incubation of new China brand, based on the preferences of Malaysia users,making activities plan and implementation of the activities for new brand.
4.Collaborate across teams and integrate resources from multiple teams to jointly drive the project to implementation.

1.University graduate with fluent English speaking and writing skills.
2.Proven experience in e-commerce business,with a preference for brand online operation and marketing .
3.Strong user-centric mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and pain points through various methods.
4.Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
5.Experience on integrated marketing is a plus.
