The Analytics Development Program (ADP) at Liberty is a 12-month development program designed to develop new analysts into skilled professionals equipped to handle complex data analytics tasks.
What you will be doing:
- Actively participate in structured training sessions covering various topics in analytics, including machine learning, data engineering, and business acumen.
- Apply innovative analytical techniques to improve existing processes and contribute to new initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and automation in data handling and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Work on cross-functional project teams to support various business units (e.g., underwriting, claims, marketing).
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Use statistical techniques and software tools (such as R, Python, SQL, and Excel) to perform data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations and reports.
- Attend workshops, webinars, and seminars to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Actuarial, Computer Science, Finance, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA
- 0-1 Years of Professional Working Experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Previous internship or work experience in data analysis, statistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience with statistical/technical programs including SAS, R, STATA, SQL and Data
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and data mining concepts.
