Job Summary

The candidate will support the delivery of technology solutions across the Services Divisions. This role involves assisting in project execution, business requirement gathering, application development, system testing, and post-deployment support. The candidate will work closely with senior team members and project stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital capabilities within the organisation.

Job Description

  • Support the analysis, design and implementation of technology initiatives across the assigned Divisions, ensuring delivery within agreed timeline, scope and budget.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and pain points across assigned Divisions.
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and pain points across assigned Divisions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives, including tracking progress of project, manage issues and risks, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones within allocated budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors in troubleshooting system or data-related issues in order to provide the relevant level of support for assigned systems.
  • Stay informed on new tools, platforms, and practices relevant to digital business solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related disciplines.
  • 2 - 5 years relevant experience including at least 1 year in project management.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of business systems, process improvement, and technology lifecycle including possessing experience in supporting system testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
  • Strong proficiency in AI, programming and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, OutSystems, or similar technologies), with experience in applying cloud-based AI and machine learning platforms to support data-driven solutions and process automation. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies to support continuous improvement.
