Support merchant success and day-to-day supply operations by executing core operational workflows and working closely with Business Development Managers and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured execution, learning systems, and contributing to smooth merchant and customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Onboard new travel products, including tours, workshops, unique experiences, and event tickets
- Update and manage existing travel products, ensuring schedules, availability, inventory, pricing, and content remain accurate as partner needs evolve
- Support merchant partners as a frontline operational point of contact, assisting with communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Execute defined operational workflows such as onboarding setup, inventory and availability updates, settlement checks, and customer support coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Content, Tech, Finance, and
- Customer Service to complete operational tasks and unblock issues
- Maintain accurate records, updates, and documentation across internal systems
- Contribute observations and ideas that help improve processes, tools, and ways of working over time
What You Will Need
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to share and receive information across teams
- Strong attention to detail, good organisation skills, and a sense of ownership over task accuracy and follow-through
- Ability to work proactively both independently on well-defined tasks and collaboratively within a team
- A hands-on, adaptable mindset comfortable learning new systems and working in a fast-moving environment
- Motivation to learn how online marketplaces, travel products, and operational processes work
- Familiarity with content management systems, data entry, or customer service experience is a plus
- Experience working in a multicultural, cross-functional, or start-up environment is a plus
