Job Responsibilities:
Business Development Remittance
- Support go-to-market strategies for new remittance corridors, including market research, regulatory review, and competitor analysis.
- Help drive transaction growth, improve margins, and strengthen partner and customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze pricing across corridors and competitors and support pricing and promotional decisions.
- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for partners, clients, and investors.
- Maintain organized records of partnerships, compliance documents, onboarding materials, and business development activities.
Partner Onboarding & Management:
- Coordinate onboarding of new remittance partners.
- Provide ongoing support during and after onboarding, resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with operations and product teams to address partner needs and improve service delivery.
Digital Marketing
- Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels.
- Create and share engaging content to attract and educate potential clients.
- Track campaign performance and report on key metrics such as engagement and customer conversion
Reporting, Data Management & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer onboarding and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on customer growth, remittance volumes, and marketing performance.
- Use data insights to improve onboarding, customer management, and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of remittance services and cross-border payment solutions is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in reporting and client management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good written, presentation skills and communication skills with the ability to interact and engage with stakeholders.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio), Share-Point, and risk management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environment.
