Job DescriptionOwn the end-to-end strategy, planning, and orchestration of high impact marketing campaigns that drive GMV, NR, and customer engagement. You'll turn market signals into clear plans, align cross-functional teams, and continuously optimize for business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Build data-driven, end-to-end campaign strategies aligned to business goals, demand trends, and seasonality.
- Own the campaign calendar; prioritize themes, mechanics, and channels to deliver growth.
- Spot and act on timely opportunities (e.g. trending destinations, seasonal spikes, partnerships).
- Define objectives, success metrics, KPIs, target segments, and offer mechanics; set hypotheses and test plans.
Cross Functional Leadership & Execution
- Lead collaboration with Pricing, Marketing, CRM, Creative, Product, and Partnerships team.
- Translate strategy into briefs (audience, proposition, offer, messaging, channels, creatives, timelines, QA).
- Manage the execution pipeline and dependencies; run regular reviews, unblock issues, and ensure on-time launches.
Performance, Measurement & Optimization
- Establish dashboards with the Data team; monitor daily & weekly KPIs.
- Run real time optimizations (eg. budget shifts, channel mix changes).
- Lead post mortems with clear insights, incrementality read, and next action recommendations.
Team Collaboration & Enablement
- Coach teammates on campaign plans (brief, testing strategy, ROI thinking).
- Improve ways of working: templates, playbooks, and governance to speed up planning and raise execution quality.
Job Requirements- 4-5 years in campaign strategy/planning or growth marketing (OTA / e-commerce preferred).
- Proven track record running multi-channel campaigns at scale with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong analytics: structure KPIs, read funnels, assess incrementality/ROI, trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership, calm under deadlines.
- Bonus: experience with marketing/co-marketing campaigns.
