Oversee all driver-related communications, including drafting and setting up content across various available channels. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring overall communication rollouts.
Supervise the creative team in designing and producing content and posters for announcements and communications targeting ShopeeFood drivers.
Manage learning and development initiatives for drivers, such as onboarding and educational materials, and publish driver-related FAQs.
Serve as the key PIC (Person-in-Charge) supporting the Driver Operations Lead in driver acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and campaign rollouts—including internal initiatives and external partnership collaborations.
Act as the main PIC for maintaining the driver website, tracking engagement clicks, and managing content placement.
Responsible for communication planning, including cost management, platform utilization, and optimization across multiple channels.
Plan and execute both online and offline engagement activities for drivers.
Manage and maintain drivers social media platforms and the official driver website, including engagement posts, content placement, and performance monitoring.
Assist with internal and external brand partnerships related to driver perks, including measuring performance impact.
Support the product team on driver-related feature launches and enhancements by contributing to communications, help center article drafting, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) when needed.
Support ShopeeFood's expansion into new states or cities by handling the communication and engagement aspects.
Set up ads for driver acquisition purposes and track lead generation and acquisition costs on a weekly basis.
Requirements
1-3 years of working experience in any related operations management background.
Excel in high pace environment
Able to work as an individual and also with the team.
Independent and flexible to take on new tasks.
Analytical skill would be an added advantage.
Familiarity in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze and translate trends and presentation.
Having exposure to E-commerce, and a logistics background is a plus point.
Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
