Collaborate with fellow consultants and support team members in advisory and assurance engagements, where we:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessment to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within client's operating environment
Recommend risk mitigation strategies and action plans in collaboration with clients to reduce risk exposure
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of existing governance, risk and control systems, policies, procedures, practices
Advise clients on improving and strengthening their governance, risk and control systems to safeguard assets, enhance operational efficiency and manage risk.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation, providing recommendations to enhance control systems
Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to identify patterns, anomalies and emerging risks in client data
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their needs
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, summarising findings and recommendations.
Manage multiple engagements, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging risks to provide informed guidance to clients
Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise, reliability and commitment to delivering value
Adhere to the ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Law, Sustainability, Commerce, Economics or a related field. Master degrees and professional certifications (e.g CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA) will have added advantage.
Proficient in written and spoken English as well as possess excellent communication, report writing and computer skills.
Proactive, good problem-solving ability, resourceful, innovative and have an eye for detail.
Team player who is also able to work well independently and under a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Able to travel outstation or overseas, encouraged to possess own transport
