- Collaborate with Creative Directors to develop compelling brand narratives and campaign ideas.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire the creative team with fresh concepts.
- Ensure that all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide designers, copywriters, and junior creatives in developing high-impact visuals and messaging.
- Provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's creative output.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Project & Client Management
- Work closely with account managers, strategists, and clients to translate business objectives into creative solutions.
- Present creative ideas and campaign proposals to stakeholders with confidence.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Multi-Channel Execution
- Adapt creative ideas across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, TV, and experiential marketing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions.
- Ensure consistency in storytelling and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Performance & Impact Measurement
- Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns using key performance metrics.
