Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of customer onboarding from initiation to launch and till handover to BAU.
  • Customer centric and responsible for customer success.
  • Responsible to work across cross-functional teams, cultures and geographies.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Understanding the scope of work and ensuring projects run in adherence to the project timelines.
  • Negotiation with stakeholders ensuring the delivery and quality of project deployment is in accordance with TerraPay's commitments to clients on agility and first time-right.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with focus and attention to detail.
  • Project Management Operations and associated tools
  • Client & Cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Detailed oriented, experienced in doing root cause analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Being Proactive, self-driven.
  • Time Management.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in Project Management/Customer Success Management/Project Management Operations
  • Payments Domain experience preferred.

Qualification:

Post-Graduate, MBA preferred.
