Primary Responsibilities:
- Ownership of customer onboarding from initiation to launch and till handover to BAU.
- Customer centric and responsible for customer success.
- Responsible to work across cross-functional teams, cultures and geographies.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Understanding the scope of work and ensuring projects run in adherence to the project timelines.
- Negotiation with stakeholders ensuring the delivery and quality of project deployment is in accordance with TerraPay's commitments to clients on agility and first time-right.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with focus and attention to detail.
- Project Management Operations and associated tools
- Client & Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Detailed oriented, experienced in doing root cause analysis.

Experience:
- 3-5 years in Project Management/Customer Success Management/Project Management Operations
- Payments Domain experience preferred.
Qualification:
Post-Graduate, MBA preferred.
