Job Purpose
As an associatedietitian(part-time), your primary roleis to provide nutritional support and related services to cancer patients and their families. You help them navigate the clinical nutritional assessment, intervention, counselling and education for cancer patients and survivors tooptimizetheir nutritional status, improve treatment tolerance, support towards recovery, and enhance quality of life.

This position is exclusively for those residing or willing torelocatethe following states:
- Melaka;or
- Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical nutritional therapy (MNT) for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers through in-person, virtual, and/or home visit consultations.
- Formulateindividualizednutrition plans and provide case management.
- Maintain proper case records and progress records in NCSM's database system (i.e.,AntEMR).
- Design and conduct training, workshops and community-basedprogramsfor cancer patients, caregivers, and community organizations via in-person and/or virtual sessions.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary psychosocial team of healthcare professionalscomprisingmental health practitioners, dietitians, and social workers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's orMaster's Degreein Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition
- Membership withMAHPC(DTN)
- Good team player as well as the ability to work independently
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiencyin Mandarin and/or Tamil will be an added advantage
