Job Description

  • Assist the Head of Sales, Unit Head, and Sales Directors in managing and executing business initiatives and projects to drive overall business growth.
  • Plan, coordinate, and document management and sales meetings for Private Banking.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior management and sales leaders.
  • Monitor business performance and sales activities.
  • Assist in setting and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
  • Track and report sales activities, referrals, and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide suggestions to improve performance.
  • Develop and enhance sales tools, reports, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate training programs with Learning & Development (L&D) team for new hires and existing staff.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend trainings to strengthen sales capabilities of staff.
