Perform the role of and to provide the services of custody client management, middle office and digital asset custody.
Responsible for business development and client management within Securities Services - Custody. Understand the securities services custody's business and process, and effectively communicate any custody's business development, client management and improvement proposals, in an accurate and timely manner.
Develop and carry out the plans and strategies for custody product to meet Securities Services aspirations, goals and financial target.
To manage new custody services such as middle office custody, digital asset custody, tokenized securities, and the likes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the role of and to provide the services of custody client management, middle office and digital asset custody.
- Partnering with Sales team and Business Units to identify opportunities and jointly collaborate on custody business and securing external clients.
- Ensure financial targets of Custody product are met and seeking ways to improve its bottom line and prevent revenue leakages.
- Responsible for overall quality of client's servicing, queries and prompt closure.
- Engage and ensure GO Custody Ops team and providers delivers as per agreed levels of service.
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of all processes and procedures with a focus to remediate any control gaps and to improve efficiency, capacity and quality.
- Responsible for adherence to all departmental procedures, policies checkpoints and controls.
- Review legal documentation mainly Custodian Agreement, OM with clients and providers.
- Responsible for the audit, compliance, business continuity management and due diligence by clients and regulators.
- Responsible for the implementation of client on-boarding, asset transitions, business process improvement and change management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and operational groups.
- Undertake projects/assignment from time to time.
- To manage new custody services such as middle office custody, digital asset custody, tokenized securities, and the likes.
- Middle Office - Trade Management, Recordkeeping, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions, Data Management, Information Delivery/Reporting, Client Service, System, etc
- Digital Asset Custody Safekeeping, Post-Trade Settlement, Technological Ecosystem, Reconciliation, etc
- Tokenized Securities Reconciliation on-chain and off-chain, E2E process, Recordkeeping of Tokenized Securities, Client Service, Subscription and Redemption, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Economics or related field.
- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements - Certificate in Project Management or equivalent and, experience in operations / process would be an advantage.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in capital market or custody services
- In-depth working knowledge of banking, custody services and capital markets.
- Strong knowledge and detailed understanding of the securities industry and products, settlement processes, and securities servicing functions (corporate actions, income, proxy, equities, fixed income, mutual funds).
- Customer centric and excellent client management skills
- Strong communication (verbal & written), analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical/Functional skills
- Knowledge of the applicable custody operations and processes especially in securities services / custodian services / capital market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command in English language.
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications.

- Articulate, analytical with strong administrative and time management skills.
- Mature, independent, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
