The Associate Director, Global Total Rewards serves as a senior member of the Global HR CoE at the Group level, responsible for designing, governing, and enhancing the company's worldwide compensation and benefits strategy. This role ensures that Total Rewards programs are competitive, consistent, and aligned with our global framework while supporting business needs across all regions. You will partner closely with senior executives, regional HR, and country HR teams to deliver high-impact, scalable, and globally integrated reward solutions to attract, motivate and retain top talents in all countries that we operate in globally.

What You'll Be Doing:

Compensation Strategy & Governance

  • Lead the design, governance, and implementation of global compensation frameworks, policies, and processes.
  • Oversee group-wide compensation processes including annual salary reviews, variable pay cycles, promotions, retention programs, recognition and award schemes, mobility assignments,
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior and executive leaders on pay philosophy, market competitiveness, and enable informed decisions on compensation matters.
  • Ensure all compensation initiatives comply with global standards, company philosophy, local regulatory requirements, and internal governance principles.

Global Employee Benefits & Insurance Program Management

  • Lead the development, review, and enhancement of global and local benefits programs to support attraction, retention, and employee wellbeing.
  • Manage global employee benefits insurance renewals on an ongoing and cyclical basis.
  • Partner closely with global and regional insurance brokers on renewal strategy, cost modelling, market benchmarking, negotiations, vendor selection, service delivery, and service performance.
  • Ensure benefits programs remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee and business needs across diverse markets.
  • Support benefits harmonization and modernization initiatives where appropriate.

Stakeholder Partnership & Global Collaboration

  • Act as the Total Rewards CoE partner for HQ, regional HR, and country HR teams, ensuring consistent interpretation and application of global reward principles and programs roll out by the global HR community.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to address evolving organizational needs through well-designed reward solutions.
  • Oversee endtoend vendor management, including service delivery quality, contract governance, performance monitoring, and commercial negotiations with partners such as market data providers, benefits insurers, brokers, and consulting firms.
  • Provide expert advisory across all markets on compensation and benefits policies, program governance, and bestpractice application, ensuring alignment with global standards while supporting local market requirements.

Analytics, Insights & Market Intelligence

  • Lead global compensation benchmarking, benefits analytics, and market intelligence to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Translate workforce and market insights into strategic recommendations for program enhancement.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of Total Rewards programs, identifying opportunities for improvement or redesign whenever necessary.

Strategic Projects & Program Leadership

  • Lead major global Total Rewards initiatives including program redesigns, policy harmonization, and system implementation projects.
  • Support digitalization and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Build organizational capability by coaching HR partners, sharing subjectmatter expertise, and strengthening Total Rewards knowledge across regions and markets.
  • Support new business expansion and market entries by researching local reward practices, regulatory requirements, and competitive benchmarks to enable fast, compliant setup of new locations and preopening projects.

Technology Deployment & HRIS (Workday) Implementation

  • Drive technology adoption for analytics automation, benchmarking, and compliance processes.
  • Lead or support the implementation of Workday modules including Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled tools to elevate the capability, accuracy, and agility of Total Rewards operations.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a relevant HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in Total Rewards, or group insurance brokage at a global or regional level
  • Strong understanding of global and local benefits regulations, salary structures, and market benchmarking practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, including system implementation and post-launch operations.
  • Occasional calls/ meetings outside normal working hours due to time zone difference
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across regions.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work on multiple priorities with conflicting timelines
