What is the opportunity

CACEIS was set up in Cyberjaya, Malaysia in July 2023 with approximately 1,000 employees, with the acquisition of RBC investor Services European business and Malaysia centre of excellence.

As a centre of excellence, the team in Malaysia provides asset services, custody and payments for clients in Europe (Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland and United Kingdom) with a global operating model that maximises efficiencies across time zones, supports 17/5 operational capability with follow the sun model, enhances scalability of our global operations and the implementation of standardized processes.

Region: Luxembourg

Working hours: 11am to 8pm MYT

What will you do

  • Lead the Client Invoicing team for CACEIS Malaysia which is made up of 30 FTEs.
  • The team's primary responsibility is to perform fee setups as per signed fee schedule in the billing system, issue invoices to clients periodically, manage data acquisition processes and handle Account Receivables

What do you need to succeed

Must-have

  • At least 3 years as an AD/AVP within in a financial institute
  • Must have people management experience, managing large teams would be an advantage
  • Billing/invoicing experience
  • Financial Markets/Securities Services/Custody background
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving, be able to lead team independently
  • Proven track record in managing senior stakeholders across various business lines
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written

Nice-to-have

  • VBA/EUC related expertise
