The Opportunity

HKA continues to grow across Asia Pacific, underpinned by our reputation for delivering industry-leading quantum, delay, contractual, and Expert Witness services. Due to sustained business growth, we are looking for a talented Associate Director to join our Kuala Lumpur team.

Skills And Experience

We are seeking individuals with a strong track record in quantum, delay, and contractual claims, ideally gained within the construction sector.

Ideally You Will Possess The Following Skills And Experience

• A minimum of 10 years experience within the construction industry, including hands-on expertise in delivering quantum and delay analysis on live projects.
• Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution and management, with exposure to arbitration, adjudication, or Expert Witness proceedings highly regarded.
• Exceptional analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to review and interpret complex project records and large datasets to support dispute and claims assessments.
• Mandarin language proficiency.
• People leadership experience, including mentoring or line management responsibilities, with a genuine commitment to supporting team development and career progression.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
