This role is responsible for leading and overseeing all HR and training functions, ensuring alignment with management goals and corporate standards. You will lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all HR functions, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance, and employee-centric workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Act as a trusted strategic human capital advisor to senior leadership, offering insights on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management to support business priorities
- Oversee and coordinate all employment-related functions, including recruitment, screening, hiring, placement, and orientation, while supervising team members responsible for these activities. Ensure full compliance with company policies and standards across departments, maintain hiring quality by selecting candidates who meet job specifications, monitor deviations, take corrective actions, and conduct thorough reference checks on applicants
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, frameworks, and programs that complement existing practices, promote consistency across the organization, and ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices
- Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring cost efficiency, market competitiveness, and alignment with the organization's ability to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with proven exposure to strategic HR leadership responsibilities.
- Strong background in recruitment and demonstrated ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
- Proven expertise in training, coaching, and developing managers and employees across various levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
