About the role

As an Associate, Client Success, you will be working closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of a large-scale project. You will drive, plan, oversee, and track projects from start to finish from design and operational setup, to delivery and monitoring. You will also collaborate closely with project sponsors and clients to ensure seamless delivery of projects which align with the scope, time, cost and quality.

Your key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, and serve as their main point of contact
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, time, cost and quality
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing regular project updates, and addressing their needs and challenges in a professional and timely manner
  • Responsible to ensure smooth end-to-end project execution, from project initiation to project launch within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress, and provide timely and accurate project status reporting to clients and internal teams
  • Identify and report any potential project risks, issues or roadblocks, and proactively develop and propose mitigation strategies
  • Assist with assessment of project success and impact on clients, and gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in project management processes and service offerings
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled, including what was done, what was achieved, and what could have been done differently
  • Stay abreast with latest market trends, technologies, methodologies and tools to identify emerging demands and areas of growth, and enhance our offerings

The ideal candidate

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in project management and client service
  • Proven project management experience, and strong project management skills to handle multiple projects
  • Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent stakeholder management experience, especially impact communication, influencing and running project governance implementation
  • Problem-solving mindset with agility
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, with a can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Familiarity with the education and skill development landscape is a plus
