Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support long-range planning, annual budgeting, and periodic forecasting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports
• Perform financial analysis and provide business insights
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders for data gathering and reporting requirements
• Support financial system uploads and reporting activities
• Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from leadership teams
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial reports
• Maintain KPIs and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related areas
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage
