Description
Responsibilities:
- Upload the electronic invoices received by e-mail to the ServiceNow and Coupa within the agreed turnaround time.
- Ensure invoices received in ServiceNow and Coupa is being processed on time.
- Achieve the daily booking invoices target established by the AP Team Leader or AP Finance Manager.
- Liaise with counterparts on problematic invoices.
- Process the needed posting corrections on a timely manner.
- Investigates the different invoices status in Coupa and works on each pending case.
- Attend and lead the AP stand up as assigned.
- Assists AP team on the continuous process improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the AP Team Leader or AP Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting
- Preferable 2 years experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess customer service mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
