The Associate, Growth Strategy & Planning plays a key role in driving ShopeeFood's business growth through user engagement and conversion initiatives. This role combines analytical thinking, marketing coordination, and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities, improve buyer funnel performance, and strengthen customer lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, curious, and collaborative, with strong interest in marketing analytics and user behavior.
Identify and evaluate new opportunities to grow ShopeeFood user base and engagement.
Support strategic initiatives to increase buyer penetration, repeat usage, and order frequency.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven growth experiments and campaigns.
Partner with the marketing team to evaluate the quality and intent of visitors driven by various assets and channels.
Develop and execute CRM initiatives to acquire new buyers, reactivate churned buyers, and retain active users.
Coordinate marketing, communication, and voucher strategies to improve buyer engagement and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze campaign results, user engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for growth and retention.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
