Role Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- HR Partner to the HODs in supporting full spectrum of HR function
- In charge of full spectrum of hiring and onboarding activities from DL and IDL hiring, preparation of salary proposal for approval, prepare offers to candidates, onboarding and documentation, maintaining proper filing of personnel records to exit interview and recording.
- Assist in the employee activities, employee communication meetings, recreational and wellness initiatives
- Coordinate company sponsored events – outings, quarterly team building activities, birthday, reward and recognition programs
- Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and implement changes necessary to establish good HR practices.
- Manage Time attendance and leave management
- Administer employee Benefits including medical & insurance schemes
- Payroll administration
- Update Policies and staff handbook regularly
- Assist with all training matters and facilitate orientation for all new hires
- Key user of Ultipro and Times system, ensuring real time and data accuracy of both systems
- Support other start up duties from HR function
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience
- Preferably in manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Team player, communication skills, negotiation skills, strong project management, Analytical and problem solving skills, manufacturing labour law knowledge skills.
Education, Certifications, Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Arts & Social Sciences or equivalent
