About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing PostCo's international growth and expansion strategy, driving our next wave of growth by launching new markets and helping build a world-class global B2B SaaS company from Southeast Asia.

In this role, you'll source, negotiate, and close deals with some of the largest e-commerce retailers globally, while leading the rollout of new products across the business. As PostCo evolves into a multi-product platform across the entire pre- and post-purchase journey, you will play a key role in bringing these products to market.

We also operate as an AI-first team. From research to execution and launching new initiatives, AI is deeply embedded into how we work. We expect the team to actively leverage AI tools to move faster, make better decisions, and drive greater impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy and execution for expanding PostCo's products into new international markets
  • Build features end-to-end, from idea to deployment, using our AI coding agents and collaborating closely with our engineering team
  • Help shape our multi-product roadmap across the post-purchase journey - from returns to upsell and beyond
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure we're prioritizing the right features for each region
  • Develop strong positioning and sales narratives for new products, markets, and partner segments
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with global retailers and partners
  • Represent the voice of our customers and bring market insights back to continuously improve our products 

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a startup, partnerships, consulting, or investment banking role (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Fast learner with the ability to take on increasing responsibility quickly
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and turn ideas into action

Pay & Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from MYR 66,000 to MYR 78,000. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Associate position, with a salary range of MYR 78,000 to MYR 102,000. The final package will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and career level.
