We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused growth leader to scale our western market (US, UK, ANZ, EU) partnership & affiliate program. This role goes beyond the typical affiliate management/operations you will own operations, commercial strategy, and performance accountability while identifying key strategic partnership opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with global and local market teams to scale affiliate performance, test new growth strategies, and develop partnership initiatives that drive measurable business impact.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end affiliate operations across western markets, including acquisition, onboarding, optimizations, tracking, and scaling across networks and platforms
  • Actively identify performance improvement opportunities and continuously optimize for channel efficiency & growth
  • Design and execute commercial strategies to maximize affiliate ROI and drive incremental revenue through commission structures, funding models, and incentive programs
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute co-marketing initiatives with key strategic partners (e.g., financial institutions, platforms, cross-industry partners, airlines, etc.)
  • Partner closely with regional marketing leads to align affiliate strategies with broader business and campaign objectives
  • Lead incrementality testing, experimentation, and performance enhancement initiatives to ensure true incremental impact of the channel
  • Develop testing frameworks and methodologies to measure campaign and channel efficiency, ensuring spend is tied to incremental growth
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, network dynamics, and platform developments across the western market affiliate ecosystems
  • Act as the trusted internal expert for affiliate and partnership strategy in the western markets

What You Will Need

  • 58 years of experience in affiliate networks, partnerships, or channel management travel, e-commerce, performance marketing, or consumer product experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs with measurable revenue impact
  • Familiarity with points earn/burn systems, loyalty programs, white label partnerships, card payment partners, etc.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in performance optimization, funding models, and affiliate revenue management
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, including experience engaging senior external stakeholders
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project management experience in complex, multi-market environments
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to turn performance metrics into strategic actions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to build business cases to launch affiliate/partner integration projects, while working closely with tech PM's
  • Globally-minded and comfortable managing priorities across timezones and markets
  • A start-up attitude self motivated, solutions and results oriented, and highly collaborative, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for solving operational challenges
