What would you do
The Associate, Neurodiversity (ND), Workplace Culture & Employee Insights is responsible for supporting the organization's commitment to creating an inclusive, neurodiversity-friendly workplace where all employees can thrive. This role acts as a dedicated HR and business partner for neurodivergent employees, ensuring appropriate workplace support, accommodations, engagement initiatives, and employee experience interventions. The role also leads employee listening initiatives, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, and workforce insights, to drive data-informed culture and inclusion strategies.
Neurodiversity (ND) Workplace Inclusion
- Support the development and implementation of the organization's Neurodiversity at Work strategy.
- Identify barriers that may impact neurodivergent employees and recommend practical workplace solutions.
- Coordinate workplace accommodations and support mechanisms for neurodivergent employees.
- Develop ND-friendly workplace practices, policies, communication guidelines, and employee resources.
- Support awareness campaigns to educate managers and employees on neurodiversity inclusion.
- Benchmark best practices and emerging trends relating to neurodiversity in the workplace.
- Maintain ND-related reports, metrics, and dashboards.
ND Employee Partnering & Employee Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for neurodivergent employees.
- Conduct regular check-ins with ND employees to understand challenges, aspirations, and workplace needs.
- Partner with managers to facilitate successful onboarding, integration, development, and retention of ND talents.
- Provide guidance to leaders on inclusive management and support strategies.
- Coordinate individualized workplace support plans where required.
- Monitor employee well-being and recommend interventions to improve workplace experience and productivity.
- Facilitate access to internal support resources and external specialists where appropriate.
Culture, Engagement & Belonging
- Support the design and implementation of culture and engagement initiatives that drive inclusion and belonging.
- Partner with employee communities, resource groups, and culture champions to create inclusive employee experiences.
- Organize awareness events, learning sessions, campaigns, and engagement activities related to DEI and workplace culture.
- Develop communication materials that promote inclusive behaviors and workplace practices.
- Track effectiveness of initiatives and recommend continuous improvement actions.
Employee Surveys & Workforce Insights
- Lead end-to-end employee listening programs, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, onboarding surveys, and focus groups.
- Analyze survey findings and identify key workforce trends, risk areas, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare employee insights reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and HR leadership.
- Translate employee feedback into actionable recommendations and intervention plans.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to monitor action plans and measure impact.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support culture, inclusion, and employee experience strategies.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Communications, and business leaders to drive ND and culture initiatives.
- Support managers in building inclusive team environments and adopting ND-friendly management practices.
- Coordinate with external partners, advocacy groups, educational institutions, and service providers where required.
- Act as an ambassador for inclusion, belonging, and positive workplace culture.
Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to the team.
- Assist in managing the budget for team's activities.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives within the department and Division.
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required
Who should join us
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, DEI, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related areas.
- Experience in employee surveys, data analysis, or culture initiatives is an advantage.
- Exposure to neurodiversity, disability inclusion, mental health, educational support, or special needs environments is highly desirable.
