About the Role

The Analyst is responsible for executing test plans and cases to ensure software solutions meet user expectations.

The role supports defect handling, conducts system checks post-deployment, and provides production support in a structured and efficient manner.

Test Execution and Support

• Prepare and execute test plans and test cases.

• Document and escalate defects, supporting resolution and retesting.

• Conduct UAT, Pre-Production, and Post-Implementation testing activities.

Production and Health Monitoring

• Assist in handling production inquiries and incident triaging.

• Conduct system health checks to ensure operational stability.

• Support UAM (User Access Management) processes.
