Key Responsibilities
Payment Operations: Execute timely and accurate processing of merchant payments, rental disbursements, and employee reimbursements across multiple regions and currencies
Banking Partnerships: Serve as primary liaison with global banking partners; negotiate fee structures, analyze regional payment ecosystems, and monitor banking costs to optimize treasury efficiency
Stakeholder Collaboration: Resolve payment inquiries through effective cross-functional communication with internal teams and external banking partners
Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs, operational handbooks, and centralized knowledge repositories
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
Language: English/Chinese written and verbal required
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with international banking platforms (SWIFT, global banking portals), and advanced Microsoft Office suite
