Job Description

- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the procurement team.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Associate Procurement Director (Korean Speaker) Should Have
- Fluency in Korean and strong communication skills in English.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in procurement within the life science industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and tools.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in procurement
