Job Description

The Associate Specialist, Business Solution is responsible for bridging business needs with technology solutions across the full solution lifecycle. This role supports pre-sales solutioning, requirement analysis, system implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and end user training to ensure a successful delivery and adoption of business solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pre-Sales Solutioning

  • Work with the sales team to understand customer business challenges and objectives.
  • Translate business needs into solution concepts and functional approaches.
  • Support solution demonstrations, presentations, and proposal preparation.
  • Provide functional input for solution design, scope definition, and effort estimation.

2. Business & Requirement Analysis

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
  • Align requirements between business users and the technical development team.

3. Solution Implementation

  • Configure and implement functional modules based on agreed requirements.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure proper system integration and solution alignment.
  • Validate system functionality against defined business requirements.

4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Develop UAT test scenarios, test cases, and testing plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business users.
  • Track issues, defects, and enhancement requests during testing.
  • Verify fixes and ensure successful UAT completion and sign-off.

5. Training & User Enablement

  • Prepare training materials, user guides, and system documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for business users and system administrators.
  • Support change management and system adoption during go-live.

6. Project Delivery Support

  • Participate in project planning, milestone tracking, and delivery coordination.
  • Provide functional advisory during implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth solution operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Engineering or any equivalent.
  • 5 years hands on experience in Enterprise Solution Implementation or Consulting Environment.
  • Experience in MOM, CRN, Supply Chain, Logistics or Digital Transformation project is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of UAT processes, training delivery and business process improvement.
