Job description

  • Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to demonstrate product/service offerings and align with client needs
  • Provide technical expertise to support sales efforts in achieving low to moderate selling goals
  • Prepare and deliver low to moderately complex technical proposals and presentations to aid the sales team
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to develop strategies for competitive solutions
  • Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products and services to ensure alignment with goals
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and use of products
  • Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and inquiries to maintain engagement and foster relationships
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels
  • Ad hoc task given.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 Years of Experience preferred.
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • 5 days work week (Monday - Friday)
  • KL Office is located at Menara TRX
  • Permanent position
  • Onsite
