Job description
- Attend customer meetings and conduct sales presentations to demonstrate product/service offerings and align with client needs
- Provide technical expertise to support sales efforts in achieving low to moderate selling goals
- Prepare and deliver low to moderately complex technical proposals and presentations to aid the sales team
- Identify and analyze customer needs to develop strategies for competitive solutions
- Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products and services to ensure alignment with goals
- Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and use of products
- Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and inquiries to maintain engagement and foster relationships
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels
- Ad hoc task given.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 Years of Experience preferred.
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
