The Assistant Manager, Area Sales (Sarawak) will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region by leading the sales team, developing strategies, and fostering relationships with clients to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Sarawak region.
  • Manage and support the sales team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to enhance competitive advantage.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
