OverviewWe are looking for anAssistant Manager / Senior Executive - Business & Corporate Banking (Business Risk & Control). Working alongside the Head of Business Control & Risk, Transaction Banking (TB), you will implement robust compliance frameworks and continually update policies and procedures to ensure full alignment with regulatory standards, legal requirements, and internal guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Foster Compliance Culture: Actively promote and drive risk awareness and regulatory compliance across Transaction Banking.
• Manage Risk Assessments: Oversee and execute risk assessments across all TB business units.
• Control & Monitoring: Help design and execute monitoring plans to evaluate the effectiveness of TB compliance controls.
• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure all regulatory disclosures and reports are accurate and submitted on time.

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics/Law or equivalent.
• Near native proficiency in spoken and written English.
• 2 years and above relevant experience in corporate/commercial business and/or managing compliance or legal risk at a banking and financial Institution.
• Knowledge of legislative aspects/regulatory requirements of banking and financial institutions and banking products are key requirements.
