Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cyberjaya for an Assistant Marketing Manager (Korean & Japanese Speaking). The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and liaising with team members. This role includes crafting marketing plans, collaborating across departments, and maintaining clear communication in both Korean and Japanese to support regional marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Marketing and Campaign Management skills, including experience in planning and executing marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Korean and Japanese, with excellent communication and translation skills in both languages.
• Strong Market Research and Data Analysis abilities to identify trends and insights.
• Effective Team Collaboration and Project Management capabilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in multi-cultural work environments is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
