As a Senior Automation Tester, you will:
Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, and end-to-end quality engineering function.
Apply quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in automation testing.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to ensure effective team performance.
Make key team and project-level decisions, influencing multiple teams across the project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing objectives and deliverables are aligned.
Analyze testing results, deliver actionable insights, and continuously improve product quality.
Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency.
Expert proficiency in Automated Testing for both Web and API automation.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
Playwright / Cypress / Selenium (or equivalent).
K6 / JMeter (or equivalent for performance testing).
Strong background in:
Engineering best practices and coding standards.
Designing test scenarios, test cases, and testing approaches.
Developing testing strategies that improve QA processes.
Proven ability to mentor and guide team members in automated testing and quality engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
Effective communicator, capable of managing stakeholders and multiple teams.
Demonstrated adaptability in integrating new testing tools, methodologies, and processes.
