Provide thorough audiology services (accurate assessment, management and documentation) to meet customers needs.
Assist in ensuring daily operations of audiology services is maintained at adequate levels. Contribute towards manpower planning and resource utilization.
Monitor on-time and accurate delivery of hearing aid and related order, inventory/supplies as well as checking of the items sent for repair/service to ensure uninterrupted in the delivery of hearing aid service.
Job Requirement:
Possess Bachelor Degree of Audiology from an accredited university.
Registered with The Malaysia National Society of Audiology or the Malaysian Association of Speech Language and Hearing.
Has working experience in Cochlear Implant & Vestibular assessment is an added advantage.
