AUDIT ASSISTANT (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• At least 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang,Petaling Jaya.

• Preferably junior entries specializing in Auditing, Account or equivalent.

Full-Time position(s) available.

• Monday - Friday (5 Days)

• Job Descriptions

• To visit outlets/warehouses on a regular basis to check on the outlets/warehouse inventory and operating documents.

To conduct the audit in line with cafe operational procedures and to report any findings those are not in line with standard operational procedures.

• To submit the monthly reports of the audit findings to the management.

Conduct inventory, daily transaction and physical cash check.

• To ensure all outlets are maintaining proper documentations of all items received and issued.

To advise outlets and provide guidance in managing their shortages and inventory handling.

• To investigate and report on any cases suspected of pilferages or bad management of the inventory.

To assist in ad-hoc assignment as required by management.

• To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.
