Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting audit engagements in compliance with auditing and accounting standards.
- Perform substantive testing, analytical reviews, and control testing as a part of audit fieldwork.
- Prepare, clear, and complete audit working papers to support audit findings.
- Assist in drafting audit reports, management letters, and other deliverables.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to the engagement team.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide support in addressing audit-related queries.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in accounting and auditing standards.
- Ensure assignments are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Support seniors and managers in coordinating with clients and team members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related Field.
- Professional qualification or pursuing it is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards (e.g., MFRS, IFRS, ISA)
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel and work under tight deadlines. No working experience required.
