What You Can Expect
As an ACT Intern, you will support audit teams across various operational and administrative activities related to audit engagements.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Audit Confirmation Support
- Assisting in sending out audit confirmations, including scanning, splitting, and renaming documents
- Updating records and monitoring responses from relevant external parties
- Statutory Audit Support
- Supporting team members during visits to company secretaries offices to extract documents such as minutes, directors circular resolutions, and statutory forms
- Assisting in preparing roll forward financial statements for the current audit year
- Data Sanitization & Reference Data
- Downloading and organizing PLC announcements, Bursa monthly closing data, foreign exchange rates, and commodity prices for audit reference
- Project & Administrative Support
- Assisting on specific tasks related to ongoing audit related projects
- Performing general administrative duties to support the Audit department as required
You will contribute to the efficiency and quality of audit engagements by:
- Supporting accurate and timely audit confirmation processes
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail in document handling and data preparation
- Collaborating effectively with audit teams and showing initiative in assigned tasks
- Upholding high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Taking ownership of tasks and delivering work reliably within timelines
Requirements
Who We're Looking For:

Requirements
- Diploma holders, or undergraduates who have completed at least two years of their degree studies, or candidates pursuing professional qualifications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Well-organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Able to commit to an internship placement for a minimum of 12 weeks
