Assist in handling a portfolio of audit clients under the guidance and supervision of a manager or partner.
Undertake a wide variety of assignments in the provision of other high value-added services i.e., internal audit, corporate advisory services, corporate recovery, tax etc.
Participate in audit engagement, which include audit planning, field work, and audit reporting.
Research and analyze financial statement and audit related issues.
Acquire a working knowledge of client's business and demonstrate professional interest in providing the clients with quality services.
Report to Partners/Directors/Managers.
Job Requirements
Degree in accountancy or professional accounting qualification such as ACCA/MICPA-CAANZ/CPA Australia with 2-3 years working experience in mid or large sized public accounting firm.
Familiar with accounting and auditing standards i.e., MFRS.
Good command of English language, written and spoken.
Good interpersonal skill and proactive approach are essential.
Good leadership, training and mentoring skills.
Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
Able to work in multi-disciplinary environment and able to demonstrate high degree of commitment with initiative, willingness to accept challenges and able to work under pressure.
