Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations.
  • Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
  • Maintenance and back office support.
  • Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
  • Interview and provide training for outlet operating crew.
  • Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification - SPM
  • Good leadership skills
  • Able to manage a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Passionate in doing sales and good negotiation skills
  • Love meeting new peoples
  • Attention to details
