Job Description

Summary of Role

Our Automation team drives innovation through intelligent automation — from Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to AI-driven solutions. We don't limit ourselves to a single tool; instead, we explore and apply the best technology for each challenge.

We're looking for a junior or fresh graduate who's eager to learn, listens actively, analyses problems critically, and takes ownership to execute solutions. This is a hands-on role that blends technical development, process improvement, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving automation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide production (BAU) support for automation projects — own, monitor, and troubleshoot existing RPA and automation solutions.
  2. Optimize automationprocesses for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability in line with best practices and coding standards.
  3. Assist the team lead in building standard templates, maintaining documentation, and preparing SOPs.
  4. Explore and evaluate new technologies and tools, including AI-based or API-driven automation.
  5. Gather business requirements, assist in designing and developing automation solutions using structured and object-oriented approaches.
  6. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  7. Support testing, deployment, and continuous monitoring of automation solutions.
  8. Stay updated on emerging automation frameworks and contribute ideas for innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline — preferably in a STEM field.
  • Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience in automation/RPA development, software development, or business analysis.
  • Basic experience or exposure to UiPath and/or programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and how to apply them in automation or software design.
  • Familiar with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io) and methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and basic scripting for data handling.
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down issues logically.
  • Active listener and critical thinker, able to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Proactive, responsible, and execution-driven — takes initiative and follows through to completion.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and applying technology to simplify and improve business processes.
  • Previous internship or project experience in consulting, medical, or banking environments is advantageous.

Why Join Us

  • Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end automation lifecycle — from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Exposure to multiple technologies — RPA, AI, scripting, data integration, and process optimization.
  • Work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that values learning, experimentation, and ownership.
  • Build a strong foundation to grow into a technical or business-focused automation expert.
