ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Automation Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and optimize business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, build automation frameworks, and integrate them into the existing system landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, proficiency in various automation tools, and a passion for driving continuous improvement through automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify potential automation opportunities.
  • Design and develop automation solutions using scripting languages, automation tools, and custom software.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to automation architecture, design, and processes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and assess the suitability of automation for different processes.
  • Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of automation components to validate accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Optimize automation processes for enhanced performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure security and compliance standards are met.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage outsourced automation projects with consultants.

WHAT WE OFFER:

You'll work closely with the management team at Kuala Lumpur office and at the hospital level. You will be part of the Business Intelligence team and you will report to the VP, Team Lead for Business Intelligence. You will be contributing to high-priority group initiatives and projects. You'll gain a holistic understanding of the healthcare industry and develop the analytical and leadership skills required for your development. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, the office is at Mid Valley Boulevard Office.
