Job Scopes:
- Provide first-level support for AutoStore operations and handle regular robot maintenance.
- Support basic IT-related issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation system performance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide Level 1 IT support (hardware/network).
- Maintain spare parts and system documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Support new automation project rollouts.
Job Requirement:
- Min Diploma holder
- Hands-on experience in automation systems.
- Willingness to work on shifts or flexible hours when required.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and troubleshooting.
- Able to work cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Warehouse, and Vendors
