Automation Mechanical Designer

Devol Robots Pte Ltd is looking for an Automation Mechanical Designer to join our engineering team.

You will be responsible for designing mechanical systems for automation equipment and production machines, working closely with electrical, controls, and project teams to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions to our customers.

Roles and responsibilities:

To do conceptual and detailed machine design with regard to mechanical aspects.

To prepare solid models, layouts, views and bills of materials for assigned design machine assemblies and sub-assemblies.

To prepare final design configurations, layouts, solid models and production/engineering data.

To assist in preparation of machine documentation, specifications, manual.

Able to perform assigned tasks independently or through team activities.

Self-motivated, resourceful and organized.

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma or relevant in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferably with working experience in designing automation systems , jig and fixture ,robotics and conveyor system.

Proficiency with Solid Works is desirable.

Ability to lead, manage project and communicate well with customers, vendors, engineers, technicians andteammembers.
