Automation Server Engineer (Advanced) - (Ansible, GitHub)

1.Job Title : Automation Server Engineer (Ansible, GitHub)

2.Job Responsibilities:

Minimum 4- 6 years of experience in infrastructure

Prefer someone who are hands on in coding

Printer Configuration Management

* Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of printers using automation tools.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

* Utilize IaC principles to manage and provision printer infrastructure.

Hardware/Firmware Certification

* Evaluate and certify new printer hardware, firmware, and related software.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting

* Monitor printer performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to resolve issues.

Documentation

*Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the printing service as a whole as well as automation tools.

Collaboration

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability of our service and a great UX for our customers

3.Primary skill set (List 2 mandatory technical skill sets) :

Ansible: (Mandatory)

* Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automated printer configuration and management.

GitHub: (Mandatory)

* Use GitHub for code management and documentation.

4.Nice to Have skill sets :

*HP and Xerox Printer Expertise:

* Experience configuring and managing HP and Xerox printers, particularly at scale.

*Knowledge in Service Now Developement

* Knowledge in Large Enterprise Active Directory , Authentication Services and PKI

* Knowledge of network security (i.e encryption protocaols, firewalls, access control)

*Familiar with change management process

*Strong technical written and communication skills; speak and write English fluently

*Someone who can work independently

*Experience to work in enterprise/MNC
