Job Description

Software Engineer C#, 80% regional travelling APAC, industrial automation

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above. 2. 3+ years of software development experience in industrial automation; proficient in using

motion control cards and systems such as Googol Tech, Leadshine, SoftServo (WMX), etc. 3. Mastered programming languages, with high proficiency in C#.

  • Experience with at least one machine vision software package (VisionPro, VisionMaster,

Halcon, or OpenCV), with proficient mastery of standard visual positioning development. 5. Experience in independently developing motion control systems for equipment with 5 or

more axes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Software Development & Logic Design
  • 1.1 Communicate with Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers to

understand and analyze software functional requirements and control logic.

  • 1.2 Develop applications using C# and other relevant languages.
  • 1.3 Design and implement functions such as equipment control logic, machine vision

processing, data acquisition, and monitoring.

  • 1.4 Implement complex algorithms for motion control, sequential control, and process

control, as well as basic algorithms for visual positioning and visual inspection.

  • System Integration & Commissioning
  • 2.1 Develop communication interfaces between software and various industrial devices

(e.g., PLCs, robots, instruments/meters, vision systems).

  • 2.2 Perform equipment software debugging and commissioning.
  • 2.3 Conduct integration testing between equipment software and the customer's MES

(Manufacturing Execution System).

  • 2.4 Train customer equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Software Quality Assurance
  • 3.1 Continuously optimize software performance, response speed, and resource utilization

based on commissioning results and field feedback.

  • Collaboration & Documentation
  • 4.1 Write technical documentation, including design documents, interface documents, user

manuals, etc.

  • 4.2 Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and after-sales engineers to troubleshoot and

solve system-level issues.

  • 4.3 Provide remote or on-site technical support to quickly locate and resolve software related problems
