About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead to lead automation and manual testing activities for banking applications. Experience in Loan Origination and/or Credit Card Processing will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement test strategy, test plans and automation plans.
- Lead automation testing activities using Tricentis Tosca.
- Develop, execute and maintain automation scripts.
- Perform API automation testing and validate end-to-end application flows.
- Execute automation testing using Selenium or other open-source automation tools.
- Support Appium/mobile application testing.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and contribute to automation framework development.
- Perform manual test preparation, execution and reporting.
- Monitor automation execution and provide regular test status and execution reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, efficiency and quality.
- Establish and share automation testing best practices.
- Coordinate testing activities with business, technical and global teams.
- Lead and support automation/manual testing team members.
- Analyse defects, testing results and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of software testing/automation testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing processes and methodologies.
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
- Preferably experience in Loan Origination and/or Credit Card Processing.
- Experience with Selenium or other open-source automation tools.
- Strong API automation testing experience.
- Experience in test strategy, planning, execution and reporting.
- Experience in automation framework building and feasibility assessment.
- Experience with manual testing.
- Experience leading automation/manual testing teams or testing activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a global team.
Good to Have
- Appium testing experience.
- Knowledge of Java or Python.
- Experience with DevOps practices and build automation.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
