Robot Framework Expertise

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Robot Framework

Proficiency in creating and maintaining test libraries and keywords

Experience with Robot Framework's built-in libraries (Collections, String, Date Time, etc.)

Knowledge of custom library development using Python

Understanding of Robot Framework's architecture and execution model

Experience with data-driven and keyword-driven testing approaches

Proficiency in Robot Framework reporting and logging mechanisms

Appium & Mobile Testing

2+ years of experience with Appium for mobile test automation

Hands-on experience testing on Android applications

Knowledge of Appium architecture, WebDriver protocol, and mobile-specific capabilities

Experience with mobile device farms and simulators/emulators

Understanding of mobile app testing challenges (network conditions, device fragmentation, etc.)

Familiarity with mobile-specific testing patterns and best practices

Programming & Scripting

Good Python skills (primary language for Robot Framework extensions)

Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

Experience with version control systems (Git)

Familiarity with JSON, XML, and YAML data formats

Domain Knowledge

Telecom is preferred.

Testing Fundamentals

Knowledge of STLC, test case design & defect management. JIRA knowledge is advantageous.

Knowledge of API testing and Postman
